Policies
The rules for using SlayStudios services — our Discord bots (Top Tickets, ServerShield), our websites and dashboards, and our games such as Grow a Monster on Roblox.
Last updated: July 18, 2026
When you add one of our bots to a Discord server or use our dashboards, you must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. When you play our Roblox experiences, you must comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use and Community Standards. Server administrators are responsible for their server’s configuration and for actions the bot takes based on the settings they choose.
Purchases inside our Roblox experiences (game passes, developer products) are processed entirely by Roblox and governed by Roblox’s terms, including their refund policies. Our Discord bots are currently free to add and use.
Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. By using SlayStudios services you agree to that policy.
We aim for high availability but provide all services “as is” and “as available.” Outages, maintenance, or upstream issues (for example Discord API limits, Cloudflare or Roblox incidents) may impact functionality. Features may change or be discontinued as the services evolve.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SlayStudios is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our bots, websites, or games. Your sole remedy is to stop using the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced in our Discord.
